  • Songshan Line Contract CG590CSpearheaded claims for the contractor in claiming payment from the Taipei City Government Department of Rapid Transit Systems, with a disputed amount of nearly TWD 200 million.
  • Taichung City GovernmentLed and coordinated claims strategy for the contractor in claiming time-related costs against the Taichung City Government, with the disputed amount of nearly TWD 200 million.
  • Metro Joint VentureSecured the successful termination of a Metro Joint Venture project, resulting in savings of at least TWD 500 billion.

  • LNG Filling FacilitiesRepresented the contractor in handling a mediation claim for the Plant LNG Filling Facilities Construction Project, successfully achieving a settlement.
  • Petrochemical Equipment DefectSecured a favorable judgment for the EPC contractor in a petrochemical project equipment defect dispute.
  • Taichung Power Plant Units 1–10Assisted the EPC contractor of the Taichung Power Plant Units 1–10 Coal Supply System Improvement Project in handling subcontractor performance defect disputes, successfully achieving a settlement.
  • Datan Power Plant Units 8 & 9Pursued a time extension mediation claim on behalf of the contractor for the Datan Power Plant Gas-Fired Combined Cycle Expansion Project – Units 8 and 9, covering the procurement and installation of the combined cycle generators, associated buildings, and related facilities.
